Arkansas beats Nebraska in the 8th and the crowd is electric, a breakdown
What Happened

After a lengthy at-bat, Battles takes a walk, putting runners on first and second base with two outs. Next, Arkansas's Kendall Diggs steps to the plate, and the Nebraska pitcher struggles to find the strike zone, walking Diggs on five consecutive balls. The crowd erupts, counting each ball as the pitcher falls apart. Nebraska decides to bring in a new pitcher, Jake Bunz, but the control issues continue. Bunz walks the next batter, Charlie Welch, on four straight pitches, allowing the go-ahead run to score. As the Arkansas crowd roars, Welch steals the hat off the Nebraska pitcher's head, much to the delight of the fans. The next pitch from Bunz bounces to the backstop, scoring another run for Arkansas. The Razorbacks dugout erupts in celebration as the team takes a 4-2 lead. Arkansas closes out the game, securing the victory and a spot in the Super Regional. Head coach Dave Van Horn praises his team's resilience, saying, "These guys just kept grinding and grinding, and that's what you have to do in the postseason." though it's the middle of the count so
they bring in this dude jake
buns it's a 2-0 count he throws another
ball and then he throws another ball
and now we're at nine balls nine balls

and the dirt goes to the back stop
arkansas first lead of the night and a
wild pitch another ball and a hat
stolen right off the head what you're
gonna do about it

this in certain areas
i mean that's an amazing crowd an
amazing scene if you like college
