02 pitch. Doesn't swing at that breaking
ball. Three in a row. I don't think so.
So, he goes high fast ball to set up the
next one. Fouled back. Let's do it
again. Little more break on that one.
Fouled back. 2-2. Big old curve. middle
of the zone. Whoop! Bam! Homer over the
fence. We're celebrating in orange.
Rounding the bases, feeling good. Two
nothing becomes three nothing. That dude
had a great view of it out there. The
crowd's getting just as rowdy as you can
see. Now, the next batter comes up,
another lefty, and they're going to open
him up with a fast ball. Strike one. And
that's good because you got to change it
up. Now goes another fast ball. One and
one. There's the little slider curve,
whatever he's calling that. One and two.
Is he going to drop it again? Of course
he is. Catcher says he's out. I call it.
I caught it. I caught it. I caught it
for sure. Review it. Review it. And
they're like, "No, it was a foul ball."
Coach comes out to figure out what's
going on. Let's take a replay. So, we're
in the no. Curveball. Tumbling.
Tumbling. Fouled. Hit the ground. The
catcher thinks it hit him in the leg and
he caught it. The catcher doesn't know
it hit the ground. He's just going off
field, but dirt splashes everywhere. He
thinks that just hit him in the leg and
he caught it. I genuinely think the
catcher thinks he caught that ball and
it did not hit the ground and he's out.
Look at his eyes. That's a man who is in
disbelief that someone doesn't believe
him. He's like, "What's happening? I
have to I have to question everything in
my life now." Coach is upset. Like, you
guys better get together and make that
call. Like, you can't see that. I think
he's telling the home plate umpire whose
name is Kevin, you can't see that. Let's
get together. Let's make a call. You
know, probably can't review it because
there's a foul ball or something. I
don't know. Probably one of those can't
review players like, no, I think it hit
dirt. All the other umpires are like, I
think you nailed it, Kev. I think you
just crushed it. I saw dirt spray
everywhere. Just bounced right
up. They probably calling the catcher a
liar. Catcher is not a liar. Catcher is
being lied to by his own brain. He says,
"Foul ball." Coach is like, "Wait, wait,
wait. Hey, Kevin. Yeah. Saying, "Don't
tell me you can see that. You can't see
that. You missed it. You don't don't
tell me you can see." Now he's getting
real mad. He's like, "Oh, you missed it.
You missed
it. You're full of [ __ ] Oh, now you're
gone. You're goodbye. Oh." Tries to rip
his hat off to throw it. Completely
slips the grip. Watch that. Oh, that is
a bummer. Tried to throw his hat off in
anger. Slipped the grip. can't get it.
And then he's like, "What the
[ __ ] you did? [ __ ] missed it."
[ __ ] dog
[ __ ] Got to give him a
warning. Don't I get a
warning? Good call, coach. Get some.
Yeah, you're better than that. Oh, you
[ __ ] missed it. You can't see it. You
[ __ ] missed it.
angry. He says he missed it. Oh yeah,
they love him. They That's my coach.
Hell yeah. There he is. Back to the
game. One, two. Now he fouls that one
again. And then high fast ball to set up
the breaking ball. Everyone kind of
knows that kid. Everyone knows your
tricks. Kabam bam.
